Residential complex Riverside
We are sharing the concept for the new phase of a residential complex in Uman, located near the Ostashivskyi Pond.
The new buildings complete the formation of the street frontage. A key feature of the project is the integration of the new development into the dynamic terrain.
To create a cohesive overall image, we used the same finishing materials as in the first two phases. However, the variation in how these materials are arranged on different volumes creates diversity within the development. The building at the intersection serves as an accent element. It acts as the dominant feature of the development and clearly closes the perspective of one of the streets.
