About us

It all started with the small design company in 2008. We have well-shaped our development course towards providing an integrated service concept—“from idea to implementation”. The cornerstone for this concept was a dedicated team and a willingness to make a better service for customers on the market.

Following the adopted course, our Company’s construction department was organized already in 2009 to makt its first steps in office and hotel real estate
construction.

In 2010, we shouldered our positions in the market by launching a line of engineering and consulting services. This area of services was driven by the desire to provide our Clients with maximum comfort and minimize risks when investing.

In 2011, branches in Kyiv and the Crimea were opened due to a large number of projects being implemented in these regions.

By 2013, we have validated adherence to our concept “from idea to implementation” by practice. Clients entrusted us with a number of major projects: Hydroelectric Power Plant in Novy Svet village; Industrial & Logistic Park in Donetsk; Concert Hall in Gorlovka and Donetsk Central Department Store.

In 2014, our expert & scientific group was contracted for the restoration of infrastructure and energy facilities damaged by the armed conflict. Restoration of the severely destroyed Slavyanskaya TPP was a task of high importance, which required a high level of responsibility and immediate decision-making.

In 2014, our workers, engineers and researchers relocated to the Kyiv branch as the organization transformed into a construction group. The goal of the reforms was to expand the services market and to increase competitiveness.

From 2015 to 2017, the geographic spread of our activities was expanded both in Ukraine and in neighboring countries. In this regard, we introduced our own international project management system.
