The construction of the complex was carried out within the framework of the works of the general contractor. The main task was the construction and commissioning of the facility in 6 months. The execution of works on the construction of concrete roads and improvement of the territory fell on the winter period, in connection with which the works were carried out using the method of heating concrete. During construction, 250 tons of metal structures were manufactured and installed, and 3,800 cubic meters of concrete were poured.
