When designing a residential development area, we took into consideration the features of the territory and the natural environment as much as practical. The available natural resources – adjacent forests, a river winding along the edge of the site, water channels dividing the territory – formed the basis for the urban structure formation. Such approach made it possible to create a comfortable living environment with access to nature.
The territory of the district covers 50 hectares and in addition to housing has infrastructure facilities. In the central development area, we formed a square and a park. Nearby you can see a school and a sports center. Further from the center there are blocks of townhouses. Private houses will be placed in the quietest areas.
