The Cottage Estate is located outside urban development near the river and forests. All the houses are of block type (townhouses). Their total number is 127, the area – 12600 m2. There are three types of houses by design, that differ both in area and finishing in accordance with the class – small budget, average and the most improved houses.
The Cottage Estate has its own park with a swimming pool, playground, recreational sites for adults, and sports equipment. The promenade was designed to go along the river, with wooden bridges and the beach.
