To create a cozy house in harmony with the nature in adverse weather conditions of Kazakh steppes, with their constant winds and hot summer, we have formed the house space around a patio.
The courtyard of the house is protected from wind by additional breasts and opens towards the green landscape. It features a terrace and a decorative pool. In the living room, bedroom, playroom there are glass walls facing the patio. At the same time the outer walls of the house have few windows and secluded from view. The roof with extended eaves protects the house from overheating in summer.
Natural materials and finishes of the house such as travertine and wood allow make the house perfectly fit to the environment.
