Construction Group MODUS is the general contractor for the reconstruction of the Bakery Plant for confectionery products manufacturing. In the framework of this project two attached ramps and a mezzanine floor inside the plant were constructed.
The work was done in summer and winter, starting from the zero cycle and ending with the installation of bearing and enclosing structures, namely:
- Dismantling of asphalt pavement;
- Trenching and pitting;
- Reinforced concrete foundation work;
- Floors and ceilings work;
- Installation of metal columns, storey posts, girders;
- Installation of walls and partitions made of concrete blocks;
- Flooring and profiled sheet fencing work;
- Installation of doors and window openings.
