We began the reconstruction of the existing building materials warehouse with office space UnitB with the construction of a sales area - a store, and the addition of office space. But as a result of active military operations in March 2022, the building was almost completely destroyed by fire. Most of the supporting structures collapsed.
Specialists from the MODUS Construction Group carried out a technical inspection of the structures that were damaged and the building as a whole. Recommendations were developed for the expedient restoration of damaged building structures, and the types and volumes of work to restore the facility were determined.
Based on the conclusions of the technical survey, reconstruction work was resumed and construction of a warm warehouse began
