In the period from July to October 2018, Construction Group "MODUS" acted as the General Contractor during the implementation of the second "H&M" store in Ukraine.
As part of the project, all construction, assembly and finishing works were performed, engineering networks were installed:
- fire protection systems,
- automation and access control system,
- electric grids,
- sound system,
- water supply and sewage,
as well as the furnishing of trade halls and utility rooms.
Specially for the store, the standard air conditioning and ventilation system was replaced by the installation of new supply and exhaust ventilation units and air conditioning systems.
It is worth noting that a feature of the work in the shopping and entertainment center was restrictions on the acceptance of overall materials and equipment; by the time of noisy works and tests.
From the very beginning of the project, the Customer declared the date of the opening of the "H&M" store, which did not allow for a single day to deviate from the calendar schedule during implementation.
