We proposed the project of the architectural concept of a residential quarter development for immigrants from the east of our country at a project competition in which many architectural bureaus took part.
The basis of the concept is the synergy of everyday life with the outside space. The landscape is filled with plants as much as possible so that every family living here feels calm and comfortable. We showed how nature can be connected with urban life by introducing various types of landscape into the inner space of the courtyards, with the orientation of small architectural forms on the natural structure of materials.
Active areas of the residential complex are places for recreation, the riverside area, children's playgrounds and sports areas. We have anticipated the needs of the residents, which include other aspects of the activity - these are kindergartens, a school, surface parking lots, a children's education center and a polyclinic. Entrepreneurs and investors will appreciate the business part of the development, which includes commercial real estate and retail space.
