The office building has a simple and, at the same time, non-standard volume, thanks to the diagonal slope of the roof and the corners accentuated by cut-outs.
Many interesting and complex solutions that create the quality of the building are implemented in the details of the facades: the main entrance with a sharp cut of black composite panels, a sloping overhanging brick wall, cantilever window framing, a terrace cut into the volume of the upper floor, transitioning to a balcony. Even the pattern of the layout of the facade bricks has a unique complex pattern.
The interior spaces are also interesting: in the vestibule with the second light there is an amphitheater, and on the upper floor there is a large space with mezzanines.
