The facility consists of two buildings technologically united into one structure – a neonatal building of Lviv Regional Clinical Hospital. We performed a technical survey of the structures to determine the technical condition of the building and assess the possibility of its renovation (according to the architectural concept of AB MODUS LLC 2019). Based on the results, we planned to develop recommendations for strengthening and repairing the structures.

The survey program included:
- studying and systematizing the information obtained through the analysis of design, executive and other documentation preserved as of today;
- conducting a full-scale survey of the structures of aboveground floors of the hospital, basements, technical floors, roofs, facades and adjacent elements, foundations, etc.;
- carrying out measured section drawing of the structures and components;
- conducting geodetic measurements of the verticality of structures position and building reference marks;
- carrying out measured section drawing of foundations, sampling and determining the composition of soils directly under the foundation base;
- determining the strength of materials of individual load-bearing elements;
- performing calculations to identify reserves of load-bearing capacity of structural elements.
