Cottage town NAVARIIA LUX
Project of a series of private houses in the Navaria Lux cottage community.
The architecture of the houses is minimalist in character and consists of horizontal rectangular volumes that appear restrained yet elegant.
A distinctive feature of the series is the use of solid walls that flow into the roof, thus forming frames or screens with panoramic glazing set inside these volumes. These forms have depth, which, through the play of shadows, emphasizes the framing and makes the houses appear visually lighter.
Another hallmark of the community is the personalized design that takes into account the tastes of each owner. This is achieved through a palette of natural shades and textures for the facades, which harmonize well with each other and can form unique combinations. This approach diversifies the development while maintaining the overall visual integrity of the community.
