The new architecture of the building pursues maximum preservation of the existing architectural elements – protruding brick pylons, which acquire a modern look due to composite finishing panels. Instead of windows in the main facade you can find modern stained-glass systems. The main entrance and the entrance for VIP guests are emphasized with extraordinary architectural structures, which resemble wings in their shape. The architecture of a typically soviet building suddenly turns into an indicative and memorable one.
A special feature of the work was the production, installation and on-site testing of the central facade elements, which are separate unconnected cantilever items with a span over 7 meters. Based on the field tests, it was decided to use vibration dampers to absorb the vibration energy of truss structures.
