The traditional architecture of the development area is naturally integrated into the environment of a pine forest. Roofs with a large extension and a combination of textures and colors of brick, wood, metal and white surfaces made of special fine plaster form a specific visual feature of the cottages.
There is a public garden with children and sports grounds among the buildings. A recreation area with benches found its place here as well.
