The sports and training base was founded in 1953 instead of a mining community, and was used for training and resting of football players and staff of FC Shakhtar.
The base area is more than 43 hectares.
KIRSHA’s bedroom block No. 3 was subject to technical inspection to determine the technical condition of building structures with an assessment of their operational suitability and developing recommendations for ensuring their normal operation, as well as issuing a conclusion on the possible reconstruction. The inspection results were supposed to be used in the development of the reconstruction project and possible repurposing of that building.
Within the scope of technical inspection, a full-scale survey and instrumental control of the geometric dimensions and strength parameters of building structures were carried out. Damage to building structures arising at the operation stage, as well as structural defects of the stages of manufacture and installation were identified with visual and instrumental methods of control.
Based on the inspection, recommendations for eliminating defects and damages were developed, and a conclusion on the possibility of reconstruction was issued.
