Comfortable inclusive wards and corridors take into account the needs of the elderly. The complex includes a cafeteria, a block of medical facilities, nurses' stations on each floor, as well as many areas and spaces for communication - numerous hall spaces, a library, a lecture hall, a room for classes and games, a winter garden.
Each apartment has a loggia with a view of the park.
The boarding house building was designed in such a way as to preserve the century-old oaks and pines as much as possible, so its configuration follows the shape of the meadow on which it is located. Light gray clinker bricks and wooden slats fit perfectly into the surroundings, and wide panoramic windows make the spaces of the rooms bright and bring nature closer to the residents of the boarding house. A system of scenic paths with benches has also been developed on the territory.
