HUNGARIAN MUSEUM OF ETHNOGRAPHY
The appearance of the building stems from the intersection of a simple double-slope roof country home archetype and ornamental patterns.
The museum’s outline in combination with the polyline roof resembles a small village, the place where ethnic culture originated and flourished.
Its facade and layout are shaped as squares and diagonals, the axial grid being typical for Hungarian textile ornaments
